Dubbed the ‘Cactus Jack’, the patchwork model draws influences from Travis’ Texas-based roots, with a medley of workwear-inspired materials used across the uppers. Branded canvas, corduroy, luxe leather and distressed suede make up the majority of the upper Travis Scott Air Force 1 Cactus Jack, with woollen hits at the heel counter. The model’s most interesting feature, however, has got to be the lace-guard. The cover of the Low Air Force 1 Cactus Jack boasts a large brass zipper and can be removed at will so you can switch up your style, keeping in tune with the workwear influence. Snap buttons on the heel call out Missouri, Texas – the town where Travis grew up – and as per every AF1 release, they’re completed with an air injected midsole underfoot.
