Sacai x Nike Blazer Mid Black Blue

Splicing together DNA from the timeless Blazer Mid and Dunk High silhouettes from the Nike archive, the Blazer Mid x Sacai Black Blue first previewed at Paris Fashion Week during Sacai’s Spring 2019 Show and focuses on Nike’s iconic heritage. This hybrid creation really is the Siamese twins of the trainer world, featuring a leather upper that doubles up on key elements, resulting in layered tongues, laces, Swooshes and a high autoclave construction that becomes exaggerated at the heel. This overlapping aesthetic gives this kicks colourway a very strong patterned effect, merging black, white and blue elements together in a very unique way. This fresh take on not one but two of Nike’s more famous silhouettes is impossible to miss, and even harder to forget.
